Courtney Clark Pastrick Named Board Chair

Today Clark Enterprises, Inc. announced several governance changes to ensure organizational success and continuity of operations. Courtney Clark Pastrick will become Chair of the Board and Robert J. Flanagan will become Chief Executive Officer.

Joe Del Guercio will become President of Clark Enterprises, Inc., in addition to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of the A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation.

“The success of Clark Enterprises, Inc. is due to its talented team. I am proud to become Board Chair, and under Bob’s stewardship, our organization is poised to complete the mission that was left by my father, A. James Clark,” said Courtney Clark Pastrick.

“I had the privilege of being mentored by A. James Clark, Ben Rome, and Larry Nussdorf over the last 32 years. Although we miss each of them dearly, our team will continue to meet the daily challenges in front of us. My collaboration with Courtney and Joe will only enhance our ability to achieve our goals,” said Robert J. Flanagan. He previously served as President of Clark Enterprises, Inc. and is Managing Director of CNF Investments.
