Ms. Silva has been with the company since 1997. Overseeing Clark Enterprises’ accounting department, Ms. Silva and her team are tasked with developing and implementing all accounting systems and procedures for the financial management structure and providing accurate and timely financial information to management, banks, subsidiaries and related business entities.  Prior to joining the company, Ms. Silva was employed for six years with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Ms. Silva is a graduate of the University of Texas – Austin with a BBA and Master’s in Professional Accounting.
